Development and infrastructure
I discussed some of this in environmental, but I will expand.
All new developments need to add at least 2 tree and 6 shrubs per housing unit.
Walkways, bike paths, and road expansion all need to be done.
Public transportation needs to be available for at least 67% of the state’s population.
High speed internet is now a necessity due to the world we now live in, so as a state we need to ensure every road in Tennessee has access to it.
Parks and recreation needs to be an expanded service for the state. As a state who has a massive tourism based economy our state and local parks need to have funds to expand services they offer guests. Including attractions and staff.
Re-establish an interconnected statewide railway for people and agriculture products.
