Health Insurance

Cost effective answers.

Every child from birth-24 years of age should qualify for TennCare period. All Adults from 55-65 should have a free access with copays to TennCare, and we should use it to provide Medicare part B for Seniors 65+.

Adult Tennessee Residents ages 24-55 should have access to buy the same insurance package offered to state employees. For state workers, teachers, police, firefighters, EMS, all local government employees, veterans, and Social Workers should have this access free of charge. Ambulance care should be run by the state or local government not the hospital this would greatly lower the cost of such uses, and maximize the number of people on the insurance plans which lowers the cost. This of course would be replaced as practice of the US government moved to Medicare for All.
