Impact Fees

Our first goal in changes have to be for communities like ours to successfully continue to grow and develop. Progress comes at a cost and we have a choice to either push the cost on our residents in taxation or charging the developers to fund our need to support our schools, roads, sidewalks, bike paths, social civil or public services are all required needs that impact fees should be assigned to moving forward. Either we carve an exception for us to do so like Williamson County or my belief is that we make it a common available option to all county and city governments.
