Job creation

As I have stated before, we can only control what is in our power to control, and job creation is no different.

I have gone into detail on my belief that we need to expand the need for teachers, social workers, and support staff in our public schools. The need to create more Community colleges and Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology, and Junior/Senior/Graduate studies schools and an increase in athletics from grades 3-post secondary.

State department growth that drives our growth as a state. Emergency medical services (paramedics, EMTs, first responders) all becoming state employees increases the plans of growth.

The idea of more plants in our infrastructure brings a higher need for the expansion of the TN Department of Agriculture, but as we are seeing a dwindling of the family farm, we as a state could begin leading some agricultural practices with hired employees with post secondary industry certifications or a degree.

More judicial settings means more court clerks, bailiffs, stenographers, Secretaries and court staff.

Investing in infrastructure means more construction opportunities.

Expanding the options in parks and recreation also means more opportunities in hospitality, fitness, entertainment, and agriculture.

These plans allow for growth.
